MOSCOW, May 13 (PRIME) -- Director of the aviation division of state industrial corporation Rostec and former Defense Minister Anatoly Serdyukov has been appointed as the chairman of the board of directors of United Aircraft Corporation (UAC), the company said in a statement on Monday.
